ICSA launches new online guidance service for governance professionals
ICSA Publishing, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA), has launched ICSA Solutions, an innovative online service that provides immediate access to expert advice and up-to-date information on key governance and compliance issues.

ICSA Publishing has teamed up with leading UK law firms and thought leaders to create a new range of short e-guides which are designed to offer quick reference for company secretaries or governance and compliance professionals. There are currently nine guides written by industry specialists, each focusing on an individual topic; AGMs for listed companies, anti-money laundering, directors' disclosures, dividend payments, environmental reporting, statutory registers, subsidiary governance, the Bribery Act 2010 and whistleblowing. ICSA Publishing will continue to publish more Solutions guides covering topical issues.

The ICSA Solutions series combine a convenient no-nonsense format with technical information and practical guidance. Each guide includes an overview of the topic and advice on implementation supported by case studies, links to additional guidance, templates for writing letters or company policies and checklists (for example, tasks to complete in order to organise an Annual General Meeting).

Clare Grist Taylor, Managing Director of ICSA Publishing, said:

‘We live in an increasingly digital world and the way our customers source and use information to carry out their jobs is changing: not everyone needs a subscription service all of the time. We created ICSA Solutions as a result of understanding customers’ requirements to access essential information, whenever and wherever they need it.’
