Student achievements to be celebrated in person by ICSA: The Chartered Governance Institute’s IOM branch

Isle of Man, 21 October 2020 – ICSA: The Chartered Governance Institute is holding an a Networking and Social Evening for members and students on Thursday 22 October, which will recognise the exam successes of its students.

Speaking in advance of tomorrow’s event, which is being held at Tanners Loft, 1886, Regent Street, Douglas from 17.30 to 20.30, Chris Bolt, chair of the Institute’s Isle of Man branch says:

“The fact that the Manx Government has managed COVID so effectively means that we are able to celebrate our students’ success in person, which is fantastic. Many countries around the globe are either imposing stricter measures or considering new lockdowns, so it is wonderful that we are able to bring members and students together in a networking and social event. Student excellence is something that we value highly at the Institute as employers benefit from having access to highly qualified governance professionals. I am looking forward to presenting awards to the students who have obtained the best results since the June 2018 exam sitting. They are the governance professionals of the future and their success is something that the Isle of Man can be proud of.”

Student success will be feted in the following subjects:

  • International Finance and Administration (IFA) Level 4 – best paper
    Core modules
