We were given an overview and update on the Revision of Laws Project by Charisma Lyall, Deputy General Council of the Guernsey Financial Services. She also provided an update on other proposed changes to legislation under the Regulation of Fiduciaries, Administration Businesses and Company Directors, etc. (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2000 and the Protection of Investors (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 1987.
