Companies Act 2014 - commencement order published
Following a long wait, the commencement order for the Companies Act 2014 was published last Friday by Minister Bruton. So it's all systems go for 1st June.

Companies Registration Office Filing Deadlines
The Companies Registration Office has also published details today in relation to the filing deadlines for incorporations, change of name and registrations under the current Companies Acts 1963-2013.
Companies Act 2014 (Forms) Regulations 2015
The Companies Act 2014 (Forms) Regulations 2015 (S.I. 147 of 2015) have now been published.
The purpose of these Regulations is to prescribe the forms to be used for the purposes of certain provisions of the Companies Act 2014.
