This is the last remaining part to be enacted following the enactment of the other elements of the Act in June 2017. Section 80 amends Section 1300 of the Principal Act and deals with the branch registration requirements for non-Irish incorporated undertakings (and not just body corporates as was the case), including undertakings with unlimited liability, where they are subsidiary undertakings of bodies corporate and the members of those bodies corporate have limited liability.
