We wish to advise that our CPD event on Tuesday 10^th September next on the Central Register of Beneficial Ownership is now fully booked out. However for those members who have not booked their place, a copy of the slides will be available on this website very quickly after the event.

We are very conscious of the interest that the new Register has generated and in particular, issues that have arisen with regard to non-resident directors having to apply for PPS numbers and also practical difficulties with the input of information into the new online portal. Your Institute here in Ireland, have made submissions with regard to both of these matters in recent months and copies are available here on our website.
