The Fitness Check Consultation on Public Reporting by Companies

The objective of this consultation is to conduct a fitness check of the EU framework on public reporting by companies which now aims to assess whether the EU reporting framework is still fit for purpose. The consultaion period is open until 21 July 2018.

Public consultation on minimum requirements in the transmission of information for the exercise of shareholders rights:

The objective of this consultation is to assist the Commission in reviewing the minimum requirements for implementing the provisions of Directive 2007/36/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards shareholder identification, the transmission of information and the facilitation of the exercise of shareholders rights. The period for submission here is only 4 weeks expiring on 9th May 2018.
