Submission to CRO - regarding the temporary acceptance of electronic copies of signed documentation (re Covid-19)
We have today made a submission to Ms Maureen O'Sullivan, the Registrar of Companies, following a request from a number of members, requesting that the CRO temporarily accept electronic copies of signed documentation.
