Annual General Meeting 2020

The Ireland Region of The Chartered Governance Institute (formerly known as the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators), held its AGM on Friday 11th December 2020 at 12 noon.

A copy of the AGM Notice is set out below. A copy of the annual report, incorporating the financial statements and the minutes of the 38th Annual General meeting, will be available a week before the meeting.

This year it was not possible to hold a physical AGM so it was held virtually via zoom.

NOTICE OF AGM

To each member of the Republic of Ireland Region of The Chartered Governance Institute (formerly known as the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (the “Irish Region”))

Notice is hereby given that the 39th Annual General Meeting of the Irish Region will be held virtually via zoom on Friday, 11 December 2020 at 12 noon in order to transact the following business:

AGENDA

  1. To receive and approve the minutes of the 38th Annual General Meeting;
  2. To receive and consider the Annual Report of the Region Council and Accounts for the year ended 31 July 2020 (The Annual Report and Accounts will be laid before the meeting and copies will be made available to any member upon request for same);
  3. To elect/re-elect officers and members of the Region Council; and
  4. Re- election of the Auditor
