Notice is hereby given that the 36th Annual General Meeting of the Irish Region will be held at Fire Restaurant, The Mansion House, Dawson Street, Dublin 2 on Friday, 24 November 2017 at 11.45 a.m. in order to transact the following business:

AGENDA

  1. To receive and approve the minutes of the 35th  Annual General Meeting;
  2. To receive and consider the Annual Report of the Region Council and Accounts for the year ended 31 July 2017 (The Annual Report and Accounts will be laid before the meeting and copies will be made available to any member upon request for same);
  3. To elect/re-elect officers and members of the Region Council; and
  4. Re- election of Auditor.
