New Irish CORE filing system
As all our Irish members in practice will be aware the new CORE system went live just before Christmas, with some real tangible benefits for users around the electronic filing of some forms. We thought it might be useful to let all our members know that we are aware of some teething problems with the new system and have been working with the Companies Registration Office (CRO) to try and have these addressed. If there are particular issues or concerns which members have and would like us to escalate to CRO as part of our engagement with them on their new system, they are welcome to reach out to members of the Company Secretarial Practice Committee.
