It has been a year since the Isle of Man Equality Act has been fully in force in the Isle of Man. This talk sets out the key aspects of the legislation and also considers its interplay with the topical subjects of COVID-19 and Brexit.

Caren Pegg is a partner in the dispute resolution at Appleby and she heads up it's global Employment Law offering. She is also the current President of the Isle of Man Chamber of Commerce and has been working closely with the Isle of Man Government to ensure that they are aware of businesses and industry issues during the Coronavirus crisis.
