Nina Spencer, CEO, Addidat

Nina Spencer

Nina is the CEO and founder of Addidat, an ESG advisory firm to AIM listed company boards. Nina has extensive experience in C-suite roles, NED positions and independent board advisory roles for AIM listed businesses. Nina is an experienced consulting and fintech executive, having spent approximately 15 years at AIM-listed Alpha Financial Markets Consulting, a leading global provider of specialist consultancy services, including roles of Global Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive of Alpha Data Solutions.

Nina has since provided independent consultancy advice to boards on ESG and regulatory reporting. She holds Non-Executive Director positions at Lendinvest, a lending asset management platform, Wilton and Bain, an executive search and recruitment firm, and Greenstone+, an award winning sustainability and ESG software solution.

Beth Scaysbrook, Chief Client Officer, Addidat

Beth Scaysbrook

Beth is the Chief Client Officer at Addidat, an ESG advisory firm to AIM listed company boards. Her key focus is to understand each client’s individual ESG needs, the specific challenges and opportunities that ESG presents them; and to adapt Addidat's services and advice accordingly.

Beth deeply values the goals of ESG and the opportunity to support boards to navigate their unique path through the complicated ESG landscape and succeed in their delivery of ESG strategies.

Beth was previously a Director of AIM-quoted Alpha Financial Markets Consulting plc, a leading global provider of specialist consultancy services. Beth has spent over 14 years working with C-suite clients, advising and assisting them to better understand and then solve their most complex business challenges.
