Dr Jeremy Cross covered an introduction to Boardroom Dynamics – why it is growing in recognition, what it is and how a governance professional might positively influence it.  Jeremy has written the Chartered Governance Institute’s qualifying module syllabus and course text on Boardroom Dynamics and discussed the characteristics that make for a healthy board and what needs to be considered when trying to improve board dynamics.
