The Chartered Governance Institute's competency framework maps the skills, values and understanding that company secretaries need to succeed at different stages of their careers in today’s evolving governance environment.
Our speakers, Theresa Minnie, Head of Outreach at The Chartered Governance Institute, and Jane Bitek Langoya, Uganda Branch Chair, presented the competency framework which was developed in collaboration with governance professionals from many levels and sectors.
Theresa was also on hand to answer questions about the Institute and your studies.
