On 30 September speakers from DLA Piper UK LLP kindly provided the branch with a Legal Horizon Scan presentation, which looked ahead to provide an overview of the significant changes coming into effect in respect of corporate governance and reporting obligations in the next 12 months. They also provided a snapshot of other key upcoming legal and/or reporting changes which are relevant to Company Secretaries and governance professionals.
