Alexandra Walter Head of Policy
Companies House
Alex is the Head of Policy for Companies House. She has worked in the policy team since 2012. Alex and her team are responsible for the implementation of legislative change that affects Companies House – former examples include the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015 and the Fourth Anti-Money Laundering Directive.
She is now leading Companies House activity to reform the register of companies. Before joining Companies House, Alex gained experience working in a number of other departments, including the UK Border Agency and the Information Commissioner’s Office.
