Didi Ogede

Didi is responsible for CGIUKI's Business and market research programme. Gaining insight from both within the membership, training providers,employers,the governance sector; as well as the broader business environment. Scoping and providing market insight to facilitate and inform key business decisions. She works with colleagues across departments to provide robust insight and evidence based strategic input into CGIUKI's product development.She has recently led the review and refresh of our Competency Framework.

Didi has over 5 years experience of providing Qualitative and mixed methods research, project and stakeholder management to a range of NGO’s, start-ups and corporations. Generating insights and providing strategic advice for business development. She focusses on Human centred design to solve problems, grow products and services. She has substantive expertise and interest in Human rights, public policy, charity governance and thought leadership development.

Didi is currently a Trustee on the board of the Diversity Project Charity for over 3 years - working for the grant giving organisation, funding charities and research focusing on diversity, inclusion and social mobility, within the financial services and investment sector.
