Fahrin Ribeiro

Fahrin joined the Actis Legal and Compliance Team in November 2021 as the group Company Secretary, responsible for the corporate secretariat and governance of the Actis group entities. Actis is a leading global investor in sustainable infrastructure, which is what drew Fahrin to the role given her strong interest in supporting the move towards cleaner energy and the global strive for protecting the environment.

Fahrin is an experienced governance professional having built a career in financial services. She joined Actis from Willis Towers Watson, having begun her company secretarial career at Addleshaw Goddard LLP. She has worked at both large, listed FTSE 100 organisations (Aviva plc) as well as regulated subsidiaries (Aviva Asia, Bank of Ireland, Willis Limited). She has a diverse and international background, having worked in Singapore, Hong Kong and Kenya over the course of her career.

On a personal level, Fahrin throws herself into supporting climate governance and the strive for state, corporate and individual responsibility towards the transition to net zero.

Fahrin is a solicitor and Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute by qualification.
