A senior chartered secretary with 22 years of Company Secretariat and corporate governance experience, starting as a trainee at Whitbread PLC before moving into Asset management as Group Company Secretary of a £1bn Fund. Extensive commercial experience and knowledge with a particular strong expertise in subsidiary management. Proven record of introducing governance frameworks, policies and processes to ensure suitability, flexibility and the delivery of governance efficiencies. Trusted advisor to Boards and Directors having served on main boards, audit and remcos.

Kim is a Fellow of The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland and holds a Master’s degree in Psychology & Health. Shortlisted for Company Secretary of the year in Nov 2019 and Hot 100 Technical expert category 2020. Kim has a passion for promoting the company secretary role and has been a speaker at varying events.

Currently the Company Secretary at TUI Group, where Kim has responsibility for the secretariat provision for the Northern Region, which includes UK & Ireland, the Nordic countries, and Canada. This is a broad remit and covers multiple UK and overseas subsidiary entities. Kim also provides governance and company law advice to the Northern region and the German parent company, on UK company law to ensure that the relevant regulatory frameworks are adhered too.
