Lauren Osman is a governance specialist in the not for project sector with 15+ years’ experience managing complex governance structures.
Her passion is to help organisations thrive by modernising their governance, delivering lasting transformational change.
Lauren loves tackling challenges, building solutions and really enjoys encouraging and supporting others to be the absolute best they can be.
Lauren is part of the Modern Governance 100 community of general counsels, corporate secretaries and governance professionals after I was nominated as someone who demonstrates resilience, dedication and empathy in the face of a complex and ever-changing world.
Lauren currently works at Avenues - a specialist provider of complex social care services in England. Over her 10 years at Avenues, Lauren has overseen a number of governance changes including mergers, corporate structural reviews and most recently a full-scale governance review.
