Natasha Whitehurst

Natasha Whitehurst is a senior Diversity and Inclusion expert working as Diversity & Inclusion Manager at Reach.

In 2021, Inclusion became a stand-out priority at Reach, and much of the change that the company has seen since 2021 has been spearheaded and supported by Natasha.

Working alongside the Head of D&I, Dr. Julie Humpreys, Reach’s newly established D&I team made significant progress last year and earned Reach a coveted spot in the Inclusive Top 50 UK Employers list in December 2021, for the first time.

Natasha has made important progress working with the HR team on establishing more inclusive recruitment practices too. Natasha led the charge for running inclusive hiring workshops for over 500 Reach managers alongside the Talent team, she also helped introduce diverse panels and different selection methods and was instrumental in developing a large recruitment pilot with diversity targets at the shortlisting stage.

Natasha’s commitment to training recruiters in unlearning unconscious bias in recruitment earned her a coveted spot on the Global Diversity List 2020.
