Siobhan Dowdall

Siobhan is a Manager in the Entity, Compliance and Governance team at EY. Prior to joining EY, Siobhan spent over five years at Royal Bank of Canada (across London and Jersey) providing board governance support to subsidiary boards and committees based in the UK and Europe. Siobhan also spent three years at TMF Group in Jersey, managing a portfolio of client relationships including both private and corporate clients.

Siobhan holds an MSc in Management and Corporate Governance from the University of Ulster and is a chartered Company Secretary (ACIS/ACG). Siobhan was shortlisted in the ‘One to Watch’ category as part of the 2021 Chartered Governance Institute UK and Ireland Awards.
