Stuart has been a civil servant for over 30 years, mostly in Companies House in a variety of roles covering operations, enforcement, policy and most recently setting up and leading the Intelligence and Enforcement Service at Companies House.
In these roles, Stuart created and expanded a unit within Companies House to support law enforcement investigations into economic crime, delivered various digital filing projects and made significant regulatory and corporate compliance improvements. Outside work Stuart enjoys hiking, cycling and spending time with his young grandchildren.
