Troy graduated in 2018 with a Bachelor of Commerce in Commercial Law and Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy and International Relations from the Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand, and he is currently completing the Chartered Governance Institute's Qualifying Programme. Troy joined Glass Lewis as a research associate for the UK and Ireland research team in early 2019, and has subsequently focused on these markets.
Troy contributes to corporate governance and executive remuneration research, with a focus on the FTSE 350, as well as engagement activities in the UK and Ireland.
