Charity governance: understanding board dynamics

Understanding the conditions in which good decisions are made and why conflicts can arise between trustees, is vital if charities are to manage them better.

This event will take a closer look at how the board’s composition directly affects the quality of decision-making and the impact it has on the overall success of an organisation. Delegates will learn about the influence of personality, power, status and behaviour on board process and hear about what can be done to overcome common challenges.
