Effective communication during virtual board meetings – Getting it right

A discussion on points to consider for the board and other virtual meetings

Overview

Communicating remotely on sensitive issues can be challenging. Regardless of their sector, magnitude and global reach, boards have been forced to think and act differently in this current climate.

How can boards positively manage the virtual world's challenges and turn them into a positive force in directing and overseeing their organisations?

What role should the governance professional play in helping the chair achieve harmony and collaboration to keep things on track?

Join us as we highlight the key takeaways from our recently published guidance on boardrooms and virtual meetings - The Conflict and Tension in the Boardroom report and good practice for virtual board and committee meetings.
