Interim Deputy Company Secretarial Role

Our client is in double digit growth stage, fast growing and is cash generative.

They have an excellent, astute and driven team and they are looking for someone to come in as their Interim Deputy Company Secretary whilst they recruit permanently. Should you be interested in the permanent opportunity then they would certainly consider Temporary – to Permanent.

You must be able to:

Commence on short notice; have strong attention to detail; be agile in your approach and be able to juggle various tasks;  work independently and proactively as well as part of a stronger and wider team.

This organisation is very agile and you would be joining a very astute, drive and passionate team of lawyers, there are 9 lawyers in the team.
