Trainee/Company Secretarial Administrator - London EC2

A great opportunity for someone looking for their first company secretarial role to join this fast growing and ambitious team. You'll be joining a medium-large sized Secretariat with Company Secretaries at all levels (qualified and qualifying) who provide a range of company secretarial and governance services to a wide range of companies. 
Your role will primarily start with supporting a qualified member of the team in arranging board and committee meetings, getting to understand the workflow and process involved, including the board pack system they use, as well as the other company secretarial software used within the team. You'll also gain hands on experience of maintaining the statutory records and registers and responding to any ad hoc requests and admin matters. 
You'll need to show enthusiasm and energy in your desire to carry out the work and ensure a high level of attention to detail in achieved. The whole team are very supportive and collaborative and you'll need to fit into that 'team player' approach. This role is best suited to someone looking for their first company secretarial role or perhaps someone who has gained some prior company secretarial administration experience in a smaller firm, who is looking to build and develop their experience in a much larger structured team.
