Group Company Secretary- South Yorkshire

A Yorkshire based AIM listed company is currently seeking out a new Group Company Secretary. As expected, this role will include the full suite of plc governance activities and be expected to project manage the annual report and deliver the groups AGM as well as the usual host of day-to-day governance activities.

This role sits as part of an extremely impressive in-house legal function which is fortunate to house individuals with extensive plc governance experience, these individuals can be leant on in terms of resource.

With this search we are considering individuals with prior experience working as part of small plc governance teams at either Group Company Secretary level or could be a candidate stepping into their first Group Cosec position.
