A newly created position of Deputy Company Secretary has been created to join a high functioning team and manage the day-to-day running of the governance structure inclusive of the regulated subsidiaries and board committees. 

The company is dynamic and fast growing with assets tripling in the last 5 years. The governance function is regarded highly among the board and this position will be focused on board effectiveness and management of board committees.
