Corporate Lawyer - Corporate Governance

This is the singular opportunity to join the in-house Risk team of a major London law firm, reporting directly into the General Counsel and advising the business strategically on corporate governance and partnerships.

 

The Business & Team

This established, international law firm is undergoing massive growth and expansion, with the support of an exceptional in-house Risk team of 20+ lawyers based in London.

 

The Role

The role is calling for a UK-qualified solicitor or barrister with experience in corporate and company law, particularly corporate governance, governance strategy and regulations, and partnerships, to come in and advise the broader business.

Some of the boards you will get to advise in this role include the management boards for the UK, APAC, and Middle East, as well as those of the business’s different regions and practice groups.

The role promises exceptional stakeholder exposure and responsibility, as well as the opportunity to impact the growing business from day #1.
