Corporate Governance Liquidations Project - 24month FTC

This global financial services group are now seeking additional support to join a small, specialist project team tasked with carrying out a global liquidations project. You'd be joining a small dedicated team which includes members from Tax, Finance, Legal and Compliance to specifically support on the corporate governance aspect of the task in hand. You would report directly to the Corporate Governance Lead on this project (Chartered Secretary). 
Due to the large task at hand, this role will be offered as a 24month contract with the possibly of extension beyond this. An excellent salary and benefits package if on offer and the team and company as a whole are operating a hybrid working model - you'd be expected to be in the office 1-2 days per week, the rest can be done remotely. 
To apply, you'll need to be a Chartered Secretary (or studying towards the qualification) with strong entity management experience, ideally multinational focused. You'll need to be self-motivated and have a passion to be involved and get stuck into this small team environment in helping them to achieve their end goal. Excellent communication are essential as you'll be communication and working with internal stakeholders at all levels. A more detailed job profile is available on request.
