Our client is one of Europe’s most exciting, innovative dance spaces based in London. Who have a need for some interim support to cover a recruitment gap until mid February 2026 to support the Head of Governance and Chief Executives Office with some meetings support. The current incumbent leaves at the end of November and they have appointed a permanent replacement to the role who can start in mid February 2026.

This role coordinates the agenda and papers in advance for the Chief Executive to review, briefs the Chair in advance of the meeting, and then writes up the minutes and collates the actions for follow-up. There are approved work plans and terms of reference in place (recently reviewed) for all the meetings but the agenda setting with support from the Chief Executive is a critically important part of the role, as is following up on actions.
