Our client, the cosec advisory arm of  a FTSE-250 organisation, is currently looking for a Company Secretarial Manager to join its rapidly expanding and highly accomplished company secretarial team. You will be responsible for the delivery of company secretarial and governance services to a portfolio of UK clients to a top standard.  In doing so, you will be managing a team, comprising of 10 qualified/part qualified company secretaries and administrators, whilst maintaining and building relationships with clients. The preferred candidate will possess enthusiasm and go the extra mile in this role, with prior experience leading a team within a company secretarial function. Key Role and Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the extensive portfolio of UK clients
  • Manage a team of ten and monitoring the team’s performance and development
  • Reviewing correspondence and minutes prepared by the team
  • Ensuring that the team meets all client SLAs
  • Take ownership for the financial management of the team
  • Consistently review and enhance the teams procedures
  • Attend the management team meetings
  • Support the team with more complex transactional work

Experience and Qualifications

  • A degree, ideally in Law/Business Studies is preferred
  • ICSA fully qualified or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a company secretarial managerial function
