BWW Exclusive: Deputy Secretary - Fully remote

This UK challenger bank is seeking to appoint a Chartered Secretary at Deputy level, reporting directly to the General Counsel & Company Secretary. This is an exciting new role that will land you at the heart of this very commercial environment, focussing on corporate governance policy and procedure, ensuring the group conform to all legal, statutory and regulatory obligations. 
This role will best suit someone who would thrive in an autonomous role, have the experience and knowledge of working in a regulated environment and be able to advise at Board level. Demonstrating commercial awareness at the same time as discretion, diplomacy and integrity. 
Whilst this permanent role will be standalone in the first instance, its likely that further recruitment in the department will be required as growth and expansion continues. This role can be carried out remotely, with the occasional need to be present for any key board level meetings that do take place in the office (all virtual at present).
