University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire (UHCW) NHS Trust is one of the largest and most successful hospitals in the region offering both general and specialist services across our two hospital sites, University Hospital Coventry and the Hospital of St Cross, Rugby. In February 2020, the Trust received an overall rating of ‘Good’ from the Care Quality Commission. This was achieved through hard work and commitment from all of our staff. The COVID 19 pandemic has been challenging for the whole NHS but we are proud of our track record over this time. We were honoured to be part of history, with the Trust administering the first COVID-19 vaccine outside of clinical trials anywhere in the world and playing a pivotal role in the biggest vaccination campaign in NHS history. The Trust was also recognised this year when we were chosen on behalf of the NHS for a six-part BBC Hospital programme to showcase the NHS response.

Join us in our exciting journey in delivering world class services whilst being part a passionate and talented team with the opportunity to access a wide range of learning and development support and training.
