A high-profile law firm is seeking a Senior Company Secretarial Assistant to join its small team. This client facing role will be responsible for a range of UK subsidiary work, including advising on corporate governance matters and supporting company secretarial transactions. The role offers a great opportunity to get involved with a very active and growing client base, in a hands-on and fast paced working environment.
Key Role/Responsibilities:
- Advising clients on corporate governance matters and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
- Drafting minutes and resolutions
- Filing statutory forms and confirmation statements
- Maintaining statutory books and company registers
- Liaising with Companies House
- Assisting with ad-hoc project work
Experience and Qualifications:
- ICSA qualification highly advantageous
- Previous company secretarial experience within a law firm or professional services firm
- Experience using Diligent Entities
Personal Qualities and Behaviours:
- Able to prioritise tasks and handle an interchangeable workload
- Excellent attention to detail
- Focused, confident and able to hit the ground running
