Assistant Company Secretary - Insurance - Home working (London) - £70,000-£80,000

Your new company
This large Insurance business is seeking an Assistant Company Secretary to join their team. This is a newly created role following growth of the business. The role will be mainly home working with occasional travel into London offices for Board meetings.

Your new role
In this role, you will provide company secretarial support for Board and Committee meetings. You will keep up to date with developments in governance and company law in order to advise senior stakeholders. You will ensure compliance with statutory records.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have excellent minute taking skills and be able to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders. You will need to have previous experience of operating at Board and Committee level within a financial services environment. The ICSA qualification is desirable.
