Company Secretarial Assistant



This is an exciting opportunity for a Company Secretarial Assistant to join a growing secretariat team within this leading accountancy and advisory firm, due to an increasing workload. You will join an established team providing registered office and company administration services to a significant portfolio of clients.

In order to be considered, you will ideally be part or fully ICSA qualified and have demonstrable experience of working in a company secretarial position in either a professional services or larger corporate setting. You will also be ideally trained with Blueprint Oneworld system experience and have dealt with company compliance and monitoring.

You will be initially providing support to the existing team with a view to managing a portfolio of UK companies, with varied requirements including, but not limited to:

Preparation of minutes and resolutions
Maintaining statutory books
Filing change of addresses
Updating Persons of Significant Control (PSC) registers
Assisting with the formation of UK companies
You will also be responsible for the preparation and submission of:

Confirmation Statements
Officer changes
Changes of company names
Share transfers and allotments.
