Assistant Company Secretary

We are seeking a highly talented Assistant Company Secretary, to provide governance and administrative support to the Company Secretary. You will help to ensure our statutory and regulatory requirements are met and that high standards of governance are maintained, in line with the UN Women's aims and objectives.

We want to hear from you if you are a part or fully qualified Assistant Company Secretary preferably from within the charity or not for profit sector.   You will have good organisational and administrative skills and will be passionate about gender equality and the vision, mission and values of UN Women.

This is a volunteer role and the time commitment will vary during the year depending on the work programme, management responsibilities and other commitments. However, we expect it will be an average of 2 to 3 days per month.
