Assistant Secretary - Insurance

This well-regarded insurance company now seeks to appoint an Assistant Company Secretary on a permanent, full time basis. You'll be joining a small Secretariat team consisting of another Assistant Secretary and the Head of Department (who you would report directly to. You'll work as part of a collaborative team in delivering a full range of company secretarial services to all entities under management. 

Organising and minuting Board and Committee meetings is an integral part of this role and you'll need demonstrate a strong track record in this area. Experience of Diligent would be advantageous.

You'll need to be comfortable working fairly autonomously, looking after and managing your own workload and of course respect the need for discretion with the sensitive and confidential information you'll be handling. Good attention to detail and strong communication skills will be looked out for during the interview process. Wider experience of PRA and FCA regulatory compliance would also be advantageous.
