Share Scheme Administrator - Insurance - London based - Up to £35,000

Your new company
This large insurance business is seeking a share scheme administrator to support their Company Secretarial team. This role will support in the provision of share-related and ad hoc services to the Group's boards, shareholders and the business generally in accordance with Group policy.

Your new role
In this role, you will have day to day interaction with shareholders including but not limited to the provision of general information related to their shareholdings, share schemes, and assisting shareholders with share transfers. You will liaise with internal partners as well as external partners and will need to be able to resolve issues and problem solve. You will produce financial and administrative reports from Diligent Entities as required.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a few years of share schemes experience and be willing to carry on pursuing a career within this space. Experience of Diligent Entities is preferable but not essential.
