Company Secretarial Manager

We are working exclusively with a rapidly growing accountancy firm, looking to recruit a Company Secretarial Manager to join its established company secretarial team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the company secretarial function; working with a large client portfolio to ensure compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing a team and will be confident in handling technical and transactional work. Key role and Responsibilities

  • Lead cosec team, monitoring delivery of compliance work such as annual Confirmation statements
  • Work directly with advisory teams assisting with matters such as the creation of classes of shares, amending M&A.
  • Supporting partners and clients on ad-hoc assignments

Experience and Qualifications

  • Previous company secretarial experience or experience as a corporate lawyer
  • A law degree or ICSA qualification or qualified by experience
  • Experience within a legal firm or accountancy firm will be beneficial
