Governance Officer

Governance Officer - Housing Association - London - £30,000-£40,000

Your new company
This leading London housing association is seeking to add to their team and are looking for a Governance Officer to report directly into the Governance Manager. This role will start off being remote, but it is expected to be hybrid in the long term.

Your new role
You will be focusing on the Group's joint ventures and special purpose vehicles and support the Governance Manager in servicing their respective boards and committees, helping with incorporations and liaising with key stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed
Housing experience is not essential but you will need to ideally have experience of working with joint ventures or special purpose vehicles. You will definitely need solid Governance experience and the ability to take minutes and be confident in your interactions with senior stakeholders.
