Company Secretarial Assistant - Listed organisation

A rapidly growing, PLC retail organisation based in the North West is currently looking for Company Secretarial Assistant to support the Company Secretarial Team in the oversight and management of its Group-wide subsidiaries.

This role requires someone who can work autonomously and is excited by the opportunity of working in a fast paced and growing organisation.

Responsibilities include:
* Management and oversight of the statutory and regulatory filings and requirements for all UK and overseas subsidiary entities
* Liaising with other external service providers on a global basis
* Supporting the Group's expansion plans
* Assisting and supporting with general administration matters, team initiatives, transactional, corporate and other ad hoc project work

Candidates will have 2+ years proven company secretarial experience and will be ideally part or fully ICSA qualified.

This role is paying circa £35,000 dependent on experience, plus excellent benefits.
