Company Secretarial Assistant (Board Support) - Insurance - London - £35,000-£55,000

Your new company
An Insurance business is seeking a Company Secretarial Assistant to support their Company Secretarial Manager. The role is based in London and will involve a working hybrid patter (2/3 days in the office).

Your new role
You will assist with the preparation of the Board and Committee meetings. This will involve preparing Board materials (through Diligent), coordinating logistics, attending the meetings and taking minutes as well as providing sound governance advice. You will also work on the AGM and coordinate an annual review of the Board's and Committees Terms of Reference.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have excellent board support skills as well as minuting skills. You will need to have a good attention to detail, be able to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders as well as great organisational skills. Finally, knowledge and experience of Diligent would be preferred.
