About us & who we are looking for

CharityComms is the membership network for communications professionals working in UK charities.

We’re here to help raise the standards of communications across the charity sector, to fly the flag for communications as a vital strategic function at the heart of charities, and to connect communications professionals through sharing best practice.

Our vision is to enable every charity to value and use effective communications for a better world.

It’s a brilliant time to join us.

We’re financially stable have navigated the pandemic in good shape. Our Head of Finance is well established and steering the financial performance of CharityComms confidently. Our Board is increasingly engaged and becoming more diverse. This platform has allowed us to review our business strategy and consider ways we can maximise our assets and develop new, exciting and innovative opportunities.

Our Treasurer will be a critical enabler to a more impactful future. As well as asking searching questions of our finances, we need somebody who can help us to critique new ideas and support our business case development. In other words, your input will give staff and board members the confidence and assurance to move forward with new investment opportunities. You will also help us to weed out the opportunities we should avoid!
