Legal Consultant - Real Estate

Your new company
A top tier law firm in London are seeking a Real Estate Lawyer for a minimum of three months. The role is fully remote.

Your new role
You will be working with a Partner in the Real Estate transactional team. You will be advising on a challenging case load of construction, tax and property finance matters. You will be advising on cutting edge and high profile transactions, lasing with an international client base and working alongside a vibrant team. The successful candidate will be expected to embrace the opportunity to work on transactions outside of the UK which will add to the already varied caseload.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the role, you will ideally have trained at a leading Real Estate team, will have gained good experience of acting on a wide range of commercial property, development and investment transactions and will have experience of acting for other important players in the Real Estate industry such as financiers and occupiers.
