Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Deliver Company Secretarial advice to a varied portfolio of clients
  • Guide clients on all relevant compliance legislation and regulation
  • Help clients to reach resolutions when compliance problems arise
  • Draft both Company Secretarial and legal documents
  • Oversee client projects, including – but not limited to – company eliminations, reconstitution of statutory books and registers and compliance reviews and audits
  • Initiate and preserve client relationships, ensuring maximum client care
  • Aid with the creation of new services and products, along with the evolution of office procedures and systems

Experience and Qualifications

  • Solid working IT skills; excellent knowledge of Microsoft software a must
  • Strong administrative skills
